Matt Eilers is the Chief Business Development Officer at USA Financial after previously holding the coaching and consulting vice president position. He joined the team in 2008. Matt focuses on independent advisory practice coaching and consulting. Before his current position, he was a case design manager and business development vice president at the company.
His coaching career started in 2003 when he was co-director at a national golf academy. He learned from one of the most influential PGA instructors and mentored with the simple philosophy of listening and observing, sharing ideas that work for someone else, and helping identify changes that can make a tremendous impact.
Matt’s role at USA Financial includes developing many different resources to help advisors grow their business — from marketing plans, videos, audios, outlines and scripts to creating sales systems and processes to help an advisor gain more clientele and assets. He actively coaches in the areas of prospecting, marketing/branding, practice and time management, product/case management, and regulatory compliance. He also takes into account changing economic and market conditions and trends for all product lines.
He graduated from Ferris State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business and majored in marketing, in addition to completing the university’s direct marketing certificate program. He’s obtained financial licenses, including the Series 7 and 66, as well as life, accident and health insurance in the state of Michigan.
He has authored articles on seminar success, improving your appointment process and other topics and was highlighted in the Editor’s Spotlight by ProducersWeb.com for most read article in one month.
